We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and provide accurate information
  • Resolve complaints or direct issues to the appropriate department
  • Document interactions in the system
  • Follow up on customer concerns as needed
  • Meet performance and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer and typing skills
